First of all, let me tell you that I detest having to write this page but it is necessary for so many reasons. So instead of some boring legalese kind of text, let me put this is everyday terms and make it an educational page as well. I think everyone should read this for a variety of reasons. So let's get started.

First and foremost, I am not an all knowing pyshic and most probably do not know you or your situation. Because of this I can only offer generic opinions or advice or counsel. None of the information on any of these pages should be considered specially tailored to you or your situation. Only you can determine that. The writers and site owners have no responsibility for determining whether or not this information pertains to you or your situations.

Second, Everyone is different. No two people and their lives or situations are exactly the same. So what works for one may not work for another. Some of the information in this book may help a lot of people and some might not. Only you can determine whether this information is appropraite and appliable to you. The writers and site owners have no responsibility for the use or application of any information or advice on any of these pages. Only the reader does.

Third, much of the content on these pages requires that action be taken by the reader. The results of taking such action will depend on the individual and his or her efforts. You cannot expect to read something, wave a magic wand, and exp[ect change. You have to put in the time and effort to get the results you want. Even then thing might turn out differently than you intended. The writers and site owners have no responsibility on anyone's indiviual or group efforts.

Fourth, while every effort has been made to provide accurate and factual information on these pages occasionally mistakes or inadvertant errors may be made. It is the responsibility of the reader to check and and all information before taking any kind of action to make certain that it is accurate and applies to their individual situation. The writers and site owners have no responsibility should errors be made.

Fifth, one of the main issues regarding success is that a person takes full responsibility for their actions and behavior. In life you get out of life what you put into it. Sometimes things do not get the intended results because that is just how life works. You make the best effort possible and hopefully you get the results you wanted. If not, you change something and go back and try again. These are yoour efforts designed by you to get the intended result. The writers and site owners are not responsible for the results or consequences of your actions.

Last, but certainly not least, do not consider this a specific action plan or counselling for yoour specific situation or goal. There is no way we can provide that. You are advised to contact a professional that can work with you one on one if that is yoour desire or need. Only they can provide individual and tailored guidance and action plans. But choose that person wisely and make sure they are a right fit for you and your intended goals.

And before we go, let's just say that your life is your responsibility and you should treat that very carefully. Do not accept anyone's advice or opinion without questioning as to whether it is right for you. Whether it is your brother-in-law or a licensed professional with a string of letters following their name, the final decision must be yours and yours alone. Listen to people and decide whether what they have to say makes sense to you. If it does and it feels right, then proceed. If it doesn't feel right to you, or if appears not to make sense, then check further, ask questions and get a second, even a third, opinion.

This is your life so be careful and make the best decisions you can each and every day.
